Goat Yoga Classes

June 14- August 2

Avery Community Yoga and Apple Hill Farm are teaming up for another season of baby goat yoga this summer! Our neighbors at Apple Hill Farm are a family-owned working fiber farm who pride themselves on inspiring a deep bond between people and animals. Their purpose is to provide education, joy, and moments of connection to our beautiful community. Avery Community Yoga is honored to be a part of this mission by bringing our love of yoga to the farm!

Join us for this fun yoga class outdoors and connect yourself with a farm experience and sweet baby goats to play with. The class is an easy, beginner-friendly flow that incorporate some simple Vinyasas and stretching. The main event of course is having baby goats nudge, nip, and nuzzle you while you settle into a pose.

Remember to bring your own mat or blanket and wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a little chewed on!

The classes are held in an outdoor pasture if the weather allows, or a small enclosed barn when it rains. Yoga runs for 45 minutes, then clients have 15 minutes to take extra pictures, mingle, and return the baby goats back to their mothers.
The farm is located at:
400 Apple Hill Road-Banner Elk, NC
